ACT 1 Theatre will be presenting 2 weekends of comedy, drama and fun with a ‘Season of One Act Plays’ being performed at the Pine Shire Hall, 238 Gympie Road, Strathpine from 10th to 18th May all commencing at 7:30pm. Here’s a brief synopsis of the four plays being performed: ‘Lucky Larry Goes to the RBH’ – A comedy set in a hospital re actual events. ‘Anagrams’ – Two young women find their affection overcomes a problem. ‘The Case of the Missing Santa’ – Santa is missing 2 days before Christmas. ‘Thank Goodness You’re Here’ – Participants are thrust into a situation they know nothing about and have to join in and figure out what’s happening.
