Whether  you’re a yoga devotee already or you’d simply like to give it a try, you can

get down to the Yoga for Beginners class at Mango Hill any Tuesday morning from

8 till 9 o’clock. The class is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of 

boomers and seniors. You can practise on a mat or a chair and if the weather is not

easy to work with, the session will be conducted by Zoom.

The meeting place is at Capestone Development Park, Napier Avenue, Mango Hill

and you’ll be more than welcome. Bring $5.00 for the class.
